A Sewing Project

 Lulu loves to sew.  She wanted to make Ila May a gift and came up with her own pattern for a stuffed animal.  Then she added some lace and buttons all while Ila May was napping.  When Ila May woke up Lulu gave her, her special gift.

 Lulu and Ila May are 4 years apart.  They love each other so much and Ila loves to be like her big sister.   Recently I was changing out everyones clothes because all 4 kids seemed to have hit a growth spurt at the same time.  While I was doing that I came across Lulu's old night gown from when she was 2.  Along with it was a bigger one I had stashed away for Lulu when she got older.  Well it was perfect that Lulu's old one fits Ila May now and the bigger one now fits Lulu.

Playing Dolls

 This afternoon Lulu went and brought out all her dolls.  Ila and her had a great time playing.  It's amazing how Ila just loves dolls already. 

 Lulu's favorite thing to play is dolls.  I think this will be a common activity in our home. 

 While the girls were playing dolls, Mark and Levi were building blocks and Ila crawled over to join them. 

New Hats!

 Ila got a new hat for Christmas but it was way too big, but fit Lulu.  So Lulu ended up getting a new hat and I went into the local gift shop/pharmacy and asked the owner's wife if she could make a matching one for Ila.  I got to pick up the hats a few days ago.  Here they are!
