Shoshone Falls

 We took a day trip out to Twin Falls and went to see Shoshone Falls.  This is called the Niagara of the West.  But not the day we visited!! It was a trickle.  But we still had fun.  Just Google Shoshone Falls and view the pictures and you can see the difference. 

 We packed a lunch and enjoyed a picnic on the lawn. 

A Sewing Project

 Lulu loves to sew.  She wanted to make Ila May a gift and came up with her own pattern for a stuffed animal.  Then she added some lace and buttons all while Ila May was napping.  When Ila May woke up Lulu gave her, her special gift. 

Trader Joe's Grand Opening

 We have been counting the days till the grand opening of Trader Joe's in Boise.  We all got in the van and went the first day it was open.  

Valentine's 2014

 We had a really fun Valentine's Day celebration.  My parents were in town visiting so we had a little party.  We made mailboxes and homemade Valentines for a fun Valentine's exchange.  

 We celebrated first thing in the morning so Silas was still asleep.  He missed out on the fun.  But later the kids helped him open his mailbox and gifts!
